If you would like to buy crypto currencies in EU, the process is quite simple.

If you have not used our services before, you will need to fill our crypto currency buying form. You can find this on the following locations:
- Buy Bitcoin: (1) payment via SEPA bank transfer in EU (2) payment via national bank transfer in Romania
- Buy Litecoin: (1) payment via SEPA bank transfer in EU (2) payment via national bank transfer in Romania
- Buy Bitcoin Cash: (1) payment via SEPA bank transfer in EU (2) payment via national bank transfer in Romania

You will have to provide the following details:
- amount you would like to spend buying crypto currencies (in RON or EUR)
- your e-mail address (you will get an email with a link to confirm your e-mail address)
- your mobile phone number in the following format including country code: +40722123456 (you will automatically receive a code to confirm your phone number)
- your bitcoin, litecoin or bitcoin cash wallet address

In the following step, you will need to upload your identity documents: (passport, Gov. ID, utility bills) and when this is done, our team will validate your account and you will receive the payment instructions to pay for the crypto currencies.

After your payment is confirmed, we will proceed with conversion. The conversion rate will be based on the applicable Conversion Rate at the time we accomplish your order, not the applicable Conversion Rate that was at the time we received your payment or your order. After we made the conversion, we will send the converted amount to your provided wallet address.

If you have already used our services, and have your documents validated, at the next order, please use the same e-mail address you used before, you will automatically receive payment instructions by e-mail.
